What Should Members do to Welcome a Visitor ?
We are all told that members aught to be visitor hosts. What should members do to help the VH team.
A visitor should take the following route -
Entrance Door (always a good start)
Sign in Table
Coffee/Tea
Chapter Director
Members
So how should members help the Visitor host team?

Why should visitors be treated as guests?
First of all, who are our visitors?
They can be people new to BNI and networking. Or they can be BNI members from another chapter substituting for one of our members.
So why should we treat our visitors as guests?
Ultimately we might want them to join our chapter.
