Our house was very much in need of new windows as the existing ones were over 25 years old and in obvious need of replacement. We thought initially that we would only be able to replace two large windows downstairs. Jason’s salesman came to see us, measured up and explained clearly what we would get. What we also got was a quoted price within our budget that meant all our window and back door could be replaced at the same time. There was no pushy sale technique.
The fitting team arrived on the day booked and got on with their work promptly with minimal disruption. The work was completed in less than two days and to an impressively high standard. The mess created on fitting a window was tidied up after each was fitted.
We were more than impressed with the service we received, the quality of the windows and the skill and professionalism of the fitters. I would have no problem in recommending Frame Trade.
