Comfort Zone Friends
After a while in BNI members tend to form groups around the table and in open networking.
Shake up the meeting a little by moving half the members around the table in the education slot.
This can be achieved in many ways, but I used a set of two different post-it notes randomly positioned around the table. Be careful not to disturb the members who are doing their 6 minutes or the leadership team as they may have a large amount of paperwork to move.
Whilst the members are moving around the table expain why you are doing this, hopefully some of the members will learn to sit in different positions and to talk to more than just their comfort zone friends.
