Meeting Time Keeping - The BNI Clock
BNI meetings are all run to a fixed agenda. As each member has the opportunity to complete a 60 seconds presentation and visitors are asked to introduce themselves too for chapters with 25 or more members fitting in the BNI agenda can be a squeeze.
J25BNI have been using an animated clock to keep track of our 60 second presentations, 10 minutes and Education slots.

This BNI clock has become so popular that Roffesoft have published a generic BNI clock for use in other BNI chapters.
There are two varients, a web based version which can be found at http://www.j25bni.co.uk/genericclock
